As an independent artist, curator and educator I am a multi-skilled creative professional with a passion for teaching and empowering people of all ages through art. My diverse skill set includes installation, animation, ceramics and textiles. I deliver engaging and hands-on workshops for both children and adults, encouraging participants to explore their own creativity and develop their skills and confidence in these mediums. I have delivered workshops in ceramics, textiles, animation and fashion at venues including mpavilion, SIGNAL, Artplay, Tarra Warra Museum of Art, Fuse Festival and The State Library of Victoria.

I understand the importance of creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for learners of all backgrounds and abilities. Through a patient and supportive teaching style, participants are encouraged to experiment with different techniques and materials, and to take risks in their artistic expression.

Animation workshops (images above) are both fun and flexible, with the opportunity to work with all sorts of materials, from found objects to textiles, collage, drawing and more.

Whether for an afternoon or a semester I bring a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to every workshop. I have a deep love for the creative process and a commitment to sharing my knowledge and expertise with others. I welcome opportunities to pursue my interest in initiating opportunities for creativity and connection in both long and short form workshops which can be customised to fit with your program. Please get in touch with any queries.

Clay is a hands-on medium for creative expression which can offer a range of benefits and provide a fun, rewarding and enriching experience. Ceramic workshops offer a supportive and social environment for skill building and experimentation. Whether making a cup, a vase, a sculpture, the process of building by hand can give a sense of focus, purpose and achievement.

I also deliver various craft-based workshops including paper craft, weaving, sewing, dyeing and screen-printing.
